  • Chest Circumference: Measure around the widest part of the chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal and loose.
  • Waist Circumference: Measure at the narrowest part of the waist, keeping it slightly loose.
  • Hip Circumference: Measure around the widest part of the hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the ground.
  • Upper Arm Circumference: Measure the width of the upper arm, with the arm relaxed at the side.
  • Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the lower hem.
